Product Description

Structure epoxy adhesive film

Elastomer toughened epoxy structural adhesive film, low surface adhesion, soft substrate-free film, ductile, self-resilient, not easy to self-adhesive, easy to operate, for epoxy prepreg, aluminum alloy, aramid paper honeycomb , Foam materials (PET, PVC, PU, PMI, etc.) adhere well.



Application:
The surface of carbon fiber molded products improves the appearance, reduces lack of glue, fish eyes, pinholes, etc.;
Bonding aluminum honeycomb, paper honeycomb and other products.
Conditions of Use :

Curing at 120°C for 50min or 150°C for 20min.
Specifications: 50 cm * 80 cm / piece.
Storage: This product should be sealed and stored in a plastic bag at 0°C to 5°C. The shelf life is one year, and it can be stored at 25°C for 10 days.
Note: Before using the frozen film, it should be taken out 8 hours in advance after natural thawing, and then it can be opened and used. The thawing process must be kept airtight to prevent the infiltration of water vapor.

Transportation: This product is non-dangerous and can be transported as general cargo.
