60 times Ultra High Power Epoxy Foam Film
SKF4 is a fiber-reinforced epoxy resin-based ultra-high-expansion foamed sheet adhesive. It has high stiffness, good tensile strength before curing, and easy to apply yarn operation. The effective rise temperature is 130 ºC, and 150 ºC reaches the maximum. After curing Good adhesion to epoxy prepreg interface.
Application:
Used for head frames such as peak rackets and beach rackets or EVA foam edging, used for tennis racket moon eyebrows, surfboards filled with foam
Instructions :
Preheat the mold to 60ºC, apply the release agent for moulding, and insert the styrofoam into the mould. The slices need to be spread to all parts of the mould.
The thick part of the mould cavity needs to be filled with more materials as appropriate. The mould is clamped. The mould is pressed at 140ºC~150ºC. ~15min.
After cooling to 80°C, it will be ejected from the mold with carbon cloth for secondary molding.
It will expand above 95°C and provide expansion force. The secondary ejection still needs to be cooled to 80°C.
The coating temperature should not exceed 90°C.
Storage conditions:
It can be stored for 30 days at 25°C. The shelf life of 0~5ºC is 12 months.
